Where was I? Ah yes, in a restaurant near the entrance to the Atlantic City Expressway about to be handed an envelope with further instructions. Dear readers, I am sorry that I was unable to provide you with your chapter last evening. I was away until late and then had to spend time with my valiant tine. We met at Iron Hill for some R&R and then retired for the evening to do the things that Valentines do -- eat candy and exchange cards. I couldn't find either of those this year so I got Nellie a couple new shirts.
The magic of Valentine's Day is alive and well for a couple of my buddies who decided to hitch up their ponies and ride off into the sunset. It's a cute story about how it all went down... makes you believe in what Huey Lewis said about "the power of love."
I will post the next chapter on Friday. Thanks for your patience. My boots need to return to their town of purchase for a day or so, hence the awayness. The local Gentry asked about how long the retelling of this tale might take. I gave him an estimate but in all honesty I do not know. We'll get there when we do. I am enjoying writing it and I think a few people are enjoying reading it so we've gone symbiotic and so now that we're feeding off each others great vibes it's just gonna go and go until the wheels fall off, or someones PC chokes and smokes and ceases to make sense of all the 1s and 0s flying by at speeds we'd say are fast.
